The agent that helped me today was probably one of the best customer support agents I have ever experienced. 1) she was intelligent, 2) she treated me like I was intelligent, 3) she was incredibly nice, 4) she was personable, and 5) she knew exactly what to do, got it done, tested it and had me test it out while I was on the phone with her. It was so fast and easie. It did take a while to get to her but she was well worth the wait!

Great Service... looking forward to it

The voice quality is my biggest concern as I am exploring working outside the United States in the near future. The cost was affordable as well. Very much looking forward to getting started once my number is ported. All in all really great. Easy to sign up. And getting my number porting started was pretty easy too. It's a new sys so it will def take a bit of time to get used to it. But unlike other calling platforms I'm looking forward to it.

I like that I have had very little need for tech support. It has worked well. There are many details in VOIP configuration but the user interface is well laid out and relatively easy to use. In the rare case when I did need help, tech support was very responsive and that is important to me.

Everything is in one place. I like the fact that I can get the calls in a variety of ways: desktop, app, or ringing on my device. Other competitors are lacking. Also, I like how with the new TCR requirements for texting Nextiva realizes sole proprietors using conversational texts and does not require registration. RingCentral was a long drawn out process that took weeks, all while having clients wondering why they couldn’t reach me.

I've been through the onboarding processes with Nextiva, more than once. I've utilized the same sales rep each time. He is patient through the decision making process and makes it "easy" to decide what is needed. When comparing services, it "easy" to identify the value Nextiva offers over their competitors. It is "easy" to set up the initial account and port numbers. Finally, Nextiva is "easy" on your pocket book. When you compare the cost of phone system ownership, plus repairs and maintenance, you can easily see why a service like Nextiva is not only a great value, but how it can save money, over the years of use.

Cost Effective and Functional - Who could ask for anything more?

The user experience for Nextiva is terrific. I have the desktop app, the mobile app and a desk phone. I have a small office, so the phone tree/directory is relatively straightforward. The best feature is the ability to text from the office number. I have saved so much time being able to text my clients from the mobile or desktop app. My clients love it too. Nextiva is the first service I have been able to text from my office line. Other services have had to assign me a different number, so it confuses people.

I like that there is an app to integrate with your cell phone so you can make business calls on the go. I like that I was able to set up a non-nextiva office phone from my home without too much hassle. I did encounter an error while trying to set up a new user but once I contacted support they were able to walk me through not only getting the situation fixed but she actually showed me another, more preferred way, to set up my home office phone. I was thrilled I could keep my same extension in office and out of office for less confusion.

Many things, but at the top of the list would be the excellent onboarding staff and support team.
